Shipping Information
Intentional Chocolate, LLC partners with Fed-Ex to offer overnight shipping, second day delivery and standard (up to 7 business days) to the United States. Be sure to enter a street address as Fed-Ex will not ship to a P.O. box.
Please be aware that orders placed after 1.p.m on a Friday will be shipped the next business day. To ensure your request is handled with the utmost care and due to the perishability of our products orders are not shipped during the weekend.
Once your order has shipped Fed-Ex will contact you by email with a tracking number for you to view the status of your delivery.
For warmer climates Intentional Chocolate, LLC will send items in a cooled shipper at no additional cost to you. However it is advisable that someone be home to receive your delivery.
Love Truffles
Our Love Truffles are handmade to ensure freshness and quality. If demand is particularly high for this unique gift of intention we may experience a slight delay in shipping. (2-3days) We hope you will agree that some things in life are worth the wait. Love Truffles are truly a gift of love, well-being and intention. If there is a slight delay we will contact you directly by email and advise on an estimated ship to date. Truffles generally have a shelf life of 30 days and should be consumed immediately or refrigerated to maintain their fresh taste.

Do you ship to international destinations?
We currently only ship within the United States.
What shipping carrier do you use?
Fed-Ex. In the near future we will be adding priority mail.
Can I use my own Fed-Ex number to charge my shipments?
We are currently unable to accommodate this request.
When will my order ship?
During checkout you may select your shipping method. Here is an explanation of your options.
- Standard Shipping – If you select this your order will arrive within 7 business days.
- 2nd Day delivery – If you place your order prior to 1 p.m CST Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, your order will be shipped the same day that it is received to arrive within two business days. If you place your order after 1 p.m CST your order will be placed the next possible business day.
- Overnight delivery - If you place your order prior to 1 p.m CST Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, your order will be shipped the same day that it is received to arrive within one business day.

Will I receive an order confirmation?An order confirmation will be issued once you confirm your order. You have an opportunity to print this confirmation for your records. Please review this information to make sure your order and shipment information is correct.
Will I receive a shipping confirmation?
As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email from Fed-Ex with a tracking number.
Intentional Care & Storage
How long will Intentional Chocolate stay fresh at room temperature?
Intentional Chocolate will stay fresh at room temperature for up to 2-3 weeks, as long as they are kept away from heat and humidity. The temperature should not exceed 70 degrees Fahrenheit and the relative humidity should remain below 60%. Avoid direct sunlight.
Can I store Intentional Chocolate to keep it fresh longer?
To store intentional chocolate for up to two months, place package in two plastic bags, close tightly and refrigerate. Keep chocolate in plastic bags to bring to room temperature after refrigeration. This will take approximately two hours.
